National Board of Examination conducts NEET MDS Entrance Examination for admission to various MDS courses.

NEET MDS 2023 Eligibility - 
 
A candidate for admission to the Master in Dental Surgery course, must possess a recognised degree of Bachelor in Dental Surgery awarded by a university or institute in India and registered with the State Dental Council and has obtained provisional or permanent registration and has undergone compulsory rotatory internship of a year in an approved/recognised dental college.

Examination Fee -

General, OBC and EWS - Rs. 4250/-
SC, ST, PWD - Rs. 3250/-

Mode of Payment - Credit Card or a Debit Card

Upload of Prescribed Images (Photograph, Scanned Signatures and Thumb Impression).



NEET MDS 2023 Date -   1st March 2023.

NEET MDS 2023 Syllabus -

 

The syllabus for the exam shall be that of BDS standard and shall cover all the subjects/syllabus taught during the BDS course as prescribed in the DCI Revised BDS Course Regulations, 2007 as amended from time to time.


 

NEET MDS 2023 Pattern - 

 

Mode - computer based test (CBT)

Duration - 3 hrs.

Type - MCQ

The exam comprises of 240 Multiple Choice Questions with each question having 4 response options/ distractors in English language only. Candidates are required to select the correct/best/most appropriate response/answer out of the 4 response options provided in each question.

Marking Scheme -

Correct Response - 4 Marks

Incorrect Response - 1 Mark shall be deducted

Unattempted Question - Zero
